Delivery Timescales:
All products should be delivered within the timescale specified on the right.
Any product may take up to 28 days in rare circumstances i.e. heavy snow
Delivery Method:
All items will be delivered by our own vans or a trusted courier service, except for small accessories such as cables which may be posted when ordered on their own.
All deliveries are all-day 9am-5:30pm unless a timed delivery is selected at the checkout.
Unless Next Day is selected at the checkout, you will be called within 48 hours of placing your order to arrange a convenient day
Delivery Options:
At the checkout we offer a range of delivery options:
Next Day: Is available on In-Stock items up to 12:00, after this the following day will be selected, does not cover Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
Saturday:Order will be delivered on a Saturday, does not guarantee any specific saturday, our staff will call to arrange.
Pre-12pm: Order will be delivered before 12pm on the day of delivery, does not guarantee that delivery will be the following morning or same day, just that it will be delivered on a morning.
Pre-9:30am: Order will be delivered before 9:30am on the day of delivery, does not guarantee that delivery will be the following morning or same day, just that it will be delivered before 9:30am on the day it would otherwise be delivered.
Particularly large, heavy or delicate items such as Glass Stands and Plasma TVs require a Specialist Courier to transport, in these instances only Standard Delivery is selectable, and the couriers themselves will call to arrange
