Q. Where is the Live Chat feature mentioned in “About Us”?
A. Live Chat is something we’re coding into the website right now. You’ll be able to use it to talk to us in real time about your purchases, the features of products or the things on the website
Q. I know the exact product I want how do I find it?
A. Type the name of the product into the search bar as pictured here and then click the button to find it

If this doesn’t find the product, then you can either type in other information about the product, like the company who make it, or you can use the Quick Find, as pictured here to pick out the type of product that it is, and then look for it

Even if you can’t find what you want, it’s worth just giving us a call on 01474 353 000, as we can get many more products than we can list on our site, we might still be able to get you what you want

Q. I know roughly what I want, how do I find the best match?
A. The best way is to use Quick Find as pictured here, you can pick the type of product that you want
Once you have picked the type, you can tick the boxes on the right side, as pictured here, to choose what you want your product to have
If there are no products left in the list, then try giving us a call on 01474 353 000, as we can get many more products than we can list on our site, we might still be able to get you what you want
If you click on a product, and it isn’t what you want, then try one of its Related Products

Q. I have found the product I want, how do I buy it?
A.Great! The first thing you need to do is choose the warranty you want, all products come with free warranties from their manufacturers, but you can get something extra if you want it
Now add it to your Shopping Cart, using either the button on the Search Results, or the button on the Product’s Page, as pictured here
Your Shopping Cart is used to keep everything you’ve chosen, so that you can buy it all at once, so if there’s anything else you wanted go and find it now. The product you picked will still be in the cart when you get back
You can get to the cart at any time by using the button shown here
When you’ve found everything you want, go back to your shopping cart. Here you can change the number of each product that you want to buy. When you’re happy with everything in your cart, click on the Checkout button to start the buying process
When you pay online, we do not see or keep your card details, all of the payments are handled by trusted third party companies, so follow their easy instructions to complete the purchase
Q. I ordered something, and it didn’t arrive, what do I do?
A. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused, if you give us a call on 01474 353 000 between 9AM and 5:30PM Monday to Friday, we will remedy the situation as soon as we can.

Q. I ordered something, and it broke while still under warranty, what do I do?
A. Check that your product really is still under warranty, and then see our Terms and Conditions for more information
If you had an Extended Warranty, be sure to have its details on hand before talking to either us or the product’s manufacturer about it
Q. Someone got into my bank account, did they get my information from you?
A. If you paid over the internet, then we didn’t even see your card details. All of the payments are handled by third parties. They couldn’t possibly have gotten these details from us because we don’t have them.
If you paid over the phone, then we took your card details once, gave them to a 3rd party (The Royal Bank of Scotland), and didn’t see them again after that. We do not keep a copy of card details taken over the phone.
If you paid by card in our shop, then the payment was handled by a standard card reader machine, we didn’t write them down, or add them to a database.
If you paid by cash, then we didn’t take your card, or card details, and therefore cannot possibly have the information.
