Q. I know the exact product I want how do I find it?
A. Type the name of the product into the search bar at the top of the site and then click the button to find it
If this doesn’t find the product, then you can either type in other information about the product, like the manufacturer who make it, or you can use the category drop downs below the search bar to pick out the type of product that it is, and then use the filters to find it
Even if you can’t find what you want, it’s worth just giving us a call on 01474 326 600, as we can get many more products than we can list on our site, we might still be able to get you what you want
Remember to check the Accessories for things you might want to go with your product, like cables and stands
Q. I know roughly what I want, how do I find the best match?
A. The best way is to use the category buttons below the search bar, you can pick the type of product that you want
Once you have picked the type, you can tick the boxes on the left side, to choose what you want your product to have
If there are no products left in the list, then either remove some filters, or try giving us a call on 01474 326 600, as we can get many more products than we can list on our site, we might still be able to get you what you want
If you click on a product, and it isn’t quite what you want, then try one of the Similar Products listed on it's page
Before you buy, make sure you check the Accessories for anything else you might need to go with it
Q. I have found the product I want, how do I buy it?
A.Great! The first thing you need to do is choose the warranty you want, all products come with free warranties from their manufacturers, but you can get something extra if you want it
Now add it to your Shopping Cart, using either the button on the Search Results, or the button on the Product’s Page
Your Shopping Cart is used to keep everything you’ve chosen, so that you can buy it all at once, so if there’s anything else you wanted go and find it now. The product you picked will still be in the cart when you get back
You can get to the cart at any time by using the button at the very top of the site, or to the left of any search or category listings
When you’ve found everything you want, go back to your shopping cart. Here you can change the number of each product that you want to buy. When you’re happy with everything in your cart, click on the Checkout button to start the buying process
When you pay online, we do not see or keep your card details, all of the payments are handled by trusted third party companies, so follow their easy instructions to complete the purchase
Q. I ordered something, and it didn’t arrive, what do I do?
A. We try to van deliver orders ourselves and only use trusted Courier companies when this is not possible, so having a parcel go missing is very very unlikely.
In the event that it has anyway, we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you give us a call on 01474 326 600, between 9AM and 5:30PM Monday to Saturday, or send an E-Mail to we will remedy the situation as soon as we can.
Q. I ordered something, and need to send it back, what do I do?

Q. I ordered something, and it broke while still under warranty, what do I do?
A. Check that your product really is still under warranty, and then see our Terms and Conditions for more information
If you had an Extended Warranty, be sure to have its details on hand before talking to either us or the product’s manufacturer about it, as this will make resolving the issue much quicker.
Q. Someone got into my bank account, did they get my information from you?
A. If you paid over the internet, then we didn’t even see your card details. All of the payments are handled by third parties (World Pay). They couldn’t possibly have gotten these details from us because we don’t have them.
If you paid over the phone, then we took your card details once, gave them to a 3rd party (World Pay), and didn’t see them again after that. We do not keep a copy of card details taken over the phone.
If you paid by card in our shop, then the payment was handled by a standard card reader machine, we didn’t write them down, or add them to a database.
If you paid by cash, then we didn’t take your card, or card details, and therefore cannot possibly have the information.
